I think I wore them once or twice. They are patent nude or beige. It does not have the material it's made of, but I believe it's manmade. They have acork and patent vinyl platform heel. When you're wearing them they feel like you're wearing flats. The platform does not make it difficult to walk at all. You can see the wear in the pictures. There are a couple areas where you can see the glue marks, and I bought them like that. Heel height is 4"
