40s vintage navy floral print maxi dress

1940s vintage navy floral print cinched waist maxi short sleeve dress with high collar. 1940s in navy with pink gray rosebud print. Bias cut skirt, covered button front, wide stand up collar. Puff sleeves, belt loops are broken. This dress has beautiful drape and is extremely flattering. excellent condition, a couple of small holes (see pic #16). Material unknown. Handmade. No tags less than 1” stretch in waist. All measurements taken flat: B: 18” W:12.5” SL:10.5” H:18” SH:14.5” L:49.5”
