whalerr Hi! I see the measurements and to be on the safe side I’d like the large but a medium might be better fit. I’m mostly worried about the bust, I am a 34DDD and I’m not sure what would best fit and what kind of bra to wear. What do you think? Sorry for all the questions!

freepeople @whalerr I do think you'd be safer with a L just because of your bust. It's a smaller size slip overall, so I don't think going up a size will make a huge difference to the general fit. I'd probably wear a cute lacey bra with this or something more smooth and seamless that looks more like a cami layer.
