summer2winter @stephbt of course. thanks for your interest. Waist 16", Length 15". The design is to wear it on hips below waistline. My waist is 32.5" and the skirt fits me on my waistline, which makes it shorter when I try it on. The leather is soft like butter. Stunning design. I hope it helps.
