bellastella1 @stefaninovick hi I posted pics showing the measuring tape, I have no idea how to measure the rise. These sit loosely on the lower waist/hips, they have some stretch to them. There is no shrinkage so if the person you are buying them for is a size 0, they should fit. Let me know either way, cause I had to pull the storage bag out from the very back of the closet, if not interested I will put everything back in place. Thanks!
