In very good used condition. This puffer vest is lightly puffed in size petite small. Gold hardware with no tarnish, zippers all work. Several different pockets. The edges and collar have a ribbed velvet feel- brown. The vest itself is a beautiful plaid of maroon, purple, blue, yellow.
