This is NWT and has never been worn. I accidentally purchased two of the same. This is absolutely stunning!! I have several of these and I love them! This is soft and stretchy black lace with blue embroidered flowers. It’s really gorgeous and you can wear it with blue or black!

mojogreeneyes @celticlass5674 Hi Vicky. It probably will but it won’t come all the way closed. The Chloe runs smaller than the Shirley. The Shirley’s are very forgiving in the sizing. I’m currently wearing an 18 and I can wear them but not as comfortably as a Shirley. I would recommend a Shirley for you over a Chloe. I did list more Shirley’s several weeks ago. There’s some really cute ones. 😊
