Cute handmade vintage blue/purple floral dress. Fabric feels like cotton or cotton blend. No Tags. Features puff shoulders, half sleeves and has darting at the waist creating a more fitted waistline. Fit is between a shift and a sheath. Although I have shown this belted in some of the photos no belt comes with the dress. Dress has been pinned to size 2-4 manneqiun. Please see more details below.
