Vintage 70s neon halter maxi. Walking citrus garden 🌼. Neon green with large tangerine, white, and lemon flowers. Halter, plunging v-neck. Full skirt with large ruffle. Hidden metal zipper in back and snap and button closure at neck. Excellent condition. Has thread belt loops but no belt. Fully lined. Feels like poly.
