1980s vintage blue leather suede white silver rhinestones dress skirt set

Excellent vintage condition with a few blemishes/rubbing. Purchased in 1980-something by my beautiful mother from a boutique in Dallas, TX. No size or materials tags are present but the entire ensemble (including belt) is crafted of ultra fine microsuede. Waist is elastic. Belt is adjustable and hooks closed in front. Top: bust-40”, shoulder to bottom-25”. Skirt: elastic waist-24”-28”, hips-38”, length-31”. Belt-24”-33” long.
