A vintage piece by renowned Danish silversmith Niels Erik From (1908-1986, also known as N E From), who worked in Denmark from 1931-1986. A beautiful ring with an Art Nouveau flair ... in the center, a round cabochon of genuine pink Rhodochrosite (a lovely rosy pink with white striation) ... a framework of 2 flowers and 4 leaves (all very 3 dimensional) create the ideal frame ... perfectly oxidized to show the beautiful detail ... gently curved to hug your finger ... this beauty weighs in at 7.2 grams ... size 6-1/2 ... center square measures 11/16" long x 9/16" wide ... band narrows in back to just over 1/16" wide ... the sterling silver is in excellent condition (no damage or repairs) ... the stone is also in good condition (a tiny bit of surface wear but no chips or cracks) ... reverse stamped STERLING/DENMARK/N.E.
