Puffed sleeves with contrasting button cuffs, white with navy dots. Darting in bodice for feminine silhouette. Soft gathers at waist for a little volume to skirt. Thread belt loops. Removable sash tie, white with navy dots. Hidden zipper in back. Semi-opaque material. Not sheer but can see light thru (no slip in photos).
