kgsouthbeach @brendadockery I’m not really sure to be honest. The S/M’s are supposed to fit a 2 to 8 and the M/L’s a 8 to 12. However, they’re very stretchy. I think they’d fit your waist with no problem, I’m just worried that the intended style wouldn’t be there because they may be too tight in the butt area and not flowy like they’re supposed to be. kgsouthbeach @brendadockery I dropped 70 pounds in 11 months by cutting everything I ate in half and putting it on smaller plates. It was all mental. My doctor told me to do it! Eat what I wanted, but just HALF of it. He told me I'd probably still "feel" hungry or want more after only eating half portions, but he told me to wait for 20 minutes to see if I truly DID want or need that second portion. Only twice did I ever go back for that other portion. Now? I have a hard time keeping weight ON because of it!

kgsouthbeach @brendadockery Not really.... but I did stop drinking sodas. I drank about 3 cans of Pepsi a day. I cut that out and started drinking water instead. So, that helped a lot, too. Liquids do help fill you up. But my doctor, who is European, put it about as plainly as one could get: Americans eat too much! He told me that a large coke from McDonald's in France was the size of a small coke here. Of course, they serve wine at McDonalds in France, too! LOL! In little Dixie cups!

kgsouthbeach @brendadockery No problem! And I was a little taken aback by his bluntness, but I've grown used to him blurting out whatever is on his mind! His bedside manner is very...well...blunt! Very honest to say the least! But it worked, so I have to credit him that. Good luck to you, though! And use small plates! Put a few chips in a small bowl instead of taking the whole bag to the couch to watch tv like I used to do. Little things like that play a big "mental" part in helping. you lose the weight!
