Premise Embroidery tunic

Beautiful royal blue top or tank or tunic with white embroidery all over it and even around the bottom and the cut sides. The top has a V-neck with the embroidery making a necklace! Then the front has some beautiful flowers. And this is all in white. A gorgeous top. Worn only once before.
