Vintage bright floral print vibrant too long sleeve button up

Missing the second button from the top, would fit most likely a US size 4 to 8. It fit me slightly snug and I usually wear a large or a size 10. Measurements to come. It is very lightweight, colorful, and just super adorable!! Does have shoulder pads sewn in which you could remove.
