J.Jill Wearever collection Medium Petite new without tags

I ordered this cute top online but it did not fit me right. I loved the corral color and the crossover style and the 3/4 sleeves. It measures 20 inches armpit to armpit and I’m 36 in the bust. I’d say it’s a large instead of medium.
