lmb393 Hi I recently purchased this shoe from you. Mine wet damaged and I’ve been working with poshmark to mediate. They are not helpful at all and I noticed you dropped the rice by $100. I was hoping you could give me a price adjustment. They are beautiful shoes but sine you are charging this price currently and mine do have damage I would gladly keep them for this current price.

lmb393 @la_via thanks for the response. They offered $55 in credits due to the damage but I asked if that was all they could do. They asked me to return the shoes but I can’t get to a post office at this time. They order was automatically accepted even though I’ve been back and forth with them for a month and they still haven’t given any credits. I love the shoes and would purchase from you in the future but they do have damage and I noticed they are priced lower than my purchase price.

lmb393 @la_via i’ve been working with them for a month and they just keep telling me there’s nothing they can do. I believe the funds have been released and they ended up giving me $55 in credits.

lmb393 . I am disappointed that there’s nothing that I could’ve done. I probably would’ve purchased a different pair of shoes if I had realized there was going to be damage. I’ve never gotten anything from Poshmark that was not as described and your reviews were very good. In hindsight, I should have waited and ordered from the Stuart Weitzman website I just did not anticipate damage due to your good reviews

la_via @kchats Hi! I can't speak to the type of leather this is made of but an online search may provide more insight. As for the zipper though, it doesn't appear to have one but looks like it has a drawstring instead.
