Hello there, I hope this message finds you well. I purchased the NOIZE Gigi coat in Olive/leather black a little while ago. It has been sitting on a truck for a week or so now in the town adjacent to me. I have spoke with Fedex and their final statement was to contact you, as my package cannot be moved to another pick up location via the shipping you have chosen. I'm not sure if that will help as it hasn't moved off the truck, but I would really like the coat before summer.

I read the reviews as well as others that you have canceled other orders without explanation. Yes you have used that excuse of warehouse being ot of stock, what a way to run a business without being aware of your stock. So sad.

Do you negotiate prices at all? Or does your owner Rue La La / Gilt not allow it? It seems that you never agree to an offer that's more than $5 off your listed price. Your counter offers are always repetitive. It feels like I'm negotiating with a chatbot.

We are a retailer, and source all of our items directly from brands or trusted independent suppliers so our pricing may be less flexible than other sellers but we always strive to offer the best price we can for our customers. LOL, no I know what your game is. You price items low and then cancel the order after the sale. I don’t know if this is to draw more traffic to your store or what. If you had integrity you would sell me the item for what I purchased it for, since it’s now available. You won’t do that though, will you? Judging by all the previous comments of you pulling this exact same thing with others, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that this is definitely NOT a system error but done intentionally.

Purchased 2 items (weeks apart) and the seller cancelled both items without an explanation. Only to relist both items at a higher price!
According to the reviews, it takes weeks before buyers receive their items which makes me thinks they are in China or get their inventory from China
The only way to put a stop to this is to REPORT THIS SELLER!

This is EXACTLY what they did to me. Cancel the sale and repost the item at a higher price! No integrity at all!!! How do you cancel my order and repost it at double the price and tell me “the item is now available”? This is definitely done on purpose and NOT a system error that they claim. If it was an error then they would honor the original sale. DO NOT BUY FROM LA VIA!

Perhaps you can measure your items to get the right measurement with honest and legit data. This is abeautiful sandal that by manufacturing issue, runs very big! It is your item and your responsibility to stipulate this. You should say , RUNS BIG . End of story. I will take my money and business else where. And you think about that.

I just saw your offer for the Eileen Fisher sweatshirt. Sorry I missed it! I didn't see a way to accept it once it had expired, and there wasn't a way to counteroffer with discounted shipping, so I made an offer that was the same total price. If it is possible to get the top expedited so I receive it by Sunday, that would be amazing. I'd love to take it with me on a trip next Monday. @living_lushly it’s not a human. It’s a giant entity and their latest big corp they are pushing onto buyers as they try to edge out real human sellers. Note they just came on in dec 2021 and are ambassadors. We had to be on 6 months and do alot of other things before reaching that. It’s a big corp with bots who will not abide by the normal posh rules because they don’t have to as you can see from the comments above.

@melsfabfinds It's really a shame the direction that poshmark is headed when you think about its origins. Now it's full of closets by corps like Free People and Levi's. Not to mention how they've changed their search algorithm which now no longer functions to direct buyers to items from the smaller individually owned closets. Pretty sad.

A bot responds to them; cancelled shipments; incorrect sizing; none of which we as actual sellers could get away with neither would we try.

Never good for the customer or the small real resellers who got them to where they are today. It’s really sad and people are being scammed by this entity and their bot answers to pleas for help. I guess they all can call their cc company and have charges reversed. Their only recourse I guess.

I've reported their SPAMMING with using share bots to blast their 90,000 listings (which always drowns out EVERY other legitimate closet abiding by the rules of no share bots). I'm convinced this closet is Poshmark and therefore they don't care. Maddening!

I had just been getting traction when this all started so will definitely be diversifying to other platforms in case Poshmark decides to just close it down completely to sellers.

@la_via I did contact Posh support and they told me to contact YOU. Where did you source my Chloe small woody tote from? I paid you over $1k so I assume you paid your supplier some of that. I received a counterfeit product. The black Chloe lettering is peeling off of the straps and the stitching is angled which is inconsistent with Chloe’s pictures on their website. If you feel your supplier swindled you then let me know who they are and I can go after them. I will be happy to send you pictures

@kristengodsey1 Baffling to me that my closet was shut down when I messaged the buyer that we had an ice storm in my city and I would be a day behind in sending it out than when I originally stated. The buyer canceled the morning I was shipping it on my way out the door to the post office. Poshmark suspended my closet and I had to petition to get it reinstated. I purchased a pair of Stuart weitzman boots. The boots that I received are not the right boots. The right box but the wrong boots. Just received the men’s Monrow shirt and suspect it is a knockoff based upon quality, the generic tag and plastic bag (which also smells terrible) - not what you’d expect from a shirt that Monrow sells for $143 - and the horrid reviews I now see here. I contacted Monrow and provided the link and photos and will report back. If it’s legit, I will remove this; if not, I will report (I suspect they will too) and will get my money back.

This Posher ships from a warehouse and used GROUND. My purchase was shipped Fed Ex Ground with no notification from Poshmark or the seller. I live in Hawaii and all ground mail goes by boat, takes up to 6 months as boats can stop in as many or few ports as is scheduled, and has no tracking while overseas. The post office will give an estimated 3 week(!!) delivery but packages are often battered and broken when they arrive. Absolutely horrible experience.

Would never shop here again. Made an accidental purchase (bought leggings I already had) and notified seller the same day. Did not respond to me for 10 days and that was only to tell me it was too late. I received the leggings after two weeks that I did not need after all. Poshmark was not much help either. I will never purchase anything from this Seller @la_via again...I purchased Hunter Boots sz 6 and they didnt fit they felt like a sz 5 instead. Funny all my other hunters are sz 6..I try to get a exchange for another sz and seller would not answer me when i messaged her (I think this was so her money will be released), her selling ethics are questionable and doesnt look out for her customers. Surprised at all these negative comments and awful experiences. I just purchased an Oscar de la Renta dress NWT from fall 2023 just 2 seasons ago for 1/3 retail price and it’s in excellent condition. Was going to cancel my order due to the negative comments on here. So glad I didn’t because it’s just as described and authentic.
