It has been sitting on a truck for a week or so now in the town adjacent to me. I have spoke with Fedex and their final statement was to contact you, as my package cannot be moved to another pick up location via the shipping you have chosen. I'm not sure if that will help as it hasn't moved off the truck, but I would really like the coat before summer. Thank you so much!

I read the reviews as well as others that you have canceled other orders without explanation. According to the reviews, it takes weeks before buyers receive their items which makes me thinks they are in China or get their inventory from China The only way to put a stop to this is to REPORT THIS SELLER!

I didn't see a way to accept it once it had expired, and there wasn't a way to counteroffer with discounted shipping, so I made an offer that was the same total price. melsfabfinds @living_lushly it’s not a human. It’s a giant entity and their latest big corp they are pushing onto buyers as they try to edge out real human sellers. Note they just came on in dec 2021 and are ambassadors. We had to be on 6 months and do alot of other things before reaching that. It’s a big corp with bots who will not abide by the normal posh rules because they don’t have to as you can see from the comments above.

Not to mention how they've changed their search algorithm which now no longer functions to direct buyers to items from the smaller individually owned closets. Pretty sad.

Never good for the customer or the small real resellers who got them to where they are today. It’s really sad and people are being scammed by this entity and their bot answers to pleas for help. I guess they all can call their cc company and have charges reversed. Their only recourse I guess.

I've reported their SPAMMING with using share bots to blast their 90,000 listings (which always drowns out EVERY other legitimate closet abiding by the rules of no share bots). I'm convinced this closet is Poshmark and therefore they don't care. Maddening!

Good thinking maybe it is them! I had just been getting traction when this all started so will definitely be diversifying to other platforms in case Poshmark decides to just close it down completely to sellers.

I received a counterfeit product. The black Chloe lettering is peeling off of the straps and the stitching is angled which is inconsistent with Chloe’s pictures on their website. If you feel your supplier swindled you then let me know who they are and I can go after them. I will be happy to send you pictures

nathansemmel Just received the men’s Monrow shirt and suspect it is a knockoff based upon quality, the generic tag and plastic bag (which also smells terrible) - not what you’d expect from a shirt that Monrow sells for $143 - and the horrid reviews I now see here. I contacted Monrow and provided the link and photos and will report back. If it’s legit, I will remove this; if not, I will report (I suspect they will too) and will get my money back.

bmxr This Posher ships from a warehouse and used GROUND. My purchase was shipped Fed Ex Ground with no notification from Poshmark or the seller. I live in Hawaii and all ground mail goes by boat, takes up to 6 months as boats can stop in as many or few ports as is scheduled, and has no tracking while overseas. The post office will give an estimated 3 week(!!) delivery but packages are often battered and broken when they arrive. Absolutely horrible experience.

I purchased something from you through google pay last night but the shipping address is an old address to which I have no access anymore. Afterwards I logged into Poshmark but there was no record of my purchase. The website helpline is not responding fast enough. la_via Hi @erikallh given the size of our closet, your best bet will probably be to do an in-closet search for the item you’re looking for. Just go to our main closet page - click on the magnifying glass and type in your keywords/style name. We have thousands of items so hopefully you can find what you’re looking for! preluvdclosetpb Surprised at all these negative comments and awful experiences. I just purchased an Oscar de la Renta dress NWT from fall 2023 just 2 seasons ago for 1/3 retail price and it’s in excellent condition. Was going to cancel my order due to the negative comments on here. So glad I didn’t because it’s just as described and authentic. But as a seller I have had people destroy my items saying they arrived like that or not reading the description 🙄. Hopefully PM protect sellers more. Thank you!!
