andreacallah916 @fiona70 Hey! Sorry for the delay. I don’t see any pulling or tearing on the straps. 😊 And the slight stain that is on the underside of them would probably come out in the wash.

andreacallah916 @fiona70 There are no zipper pockets on the sides. They are just slip pockets, but there is a zipper pocket in the back and the entire backpack zips up. Please note though, this is the mini/small backpack. You mentioned carrying books, so I want to make sure you know this isn’t as big as the campus backpack. 😊
