Lulu’s Off the Shoulder Dress

Brand new Lulu’s dress I bought and never wore, and now it doesn’t fit. Still has tags! Size medium. Criss cross neckline with silicone strip to fit like a strapless with the cap sleeves draping down the shoulder. Form fitting and has a thigh slit. Dark plum kind of color! Bought it for $90 asking for $60
