Charming Charlie open front shirt, size large

Charming Charlie open front blouse/vest/shrug/tunic (wasn't sure what to categorize this as). Size large. Excellent used condition, only worn a couple of times. Pretty blue, green, white, and silver pattern with fun fringe along the bottom. Could be used as a cover up or over a tank. This is a loose fit.
