CHANEL runway cream tweed JACKET

One of my favourite Chanel ivory cream jackets, as seen on runway from Fall 2001 collection, and featured on The Karl Lagerfeld Campaigns book. It must have been one of Karl’s favourites too as he picked it to featured in his Campaign collection. It looks incredibly nice open front or button up. I love how this lady from Paris styled here with a leather pants as seen on last picture. So sharp and modern! Cropped length, 3/4 sleeves. Beautiful wool tweed with red & black striped trim. Luxurious silky soft pure silk lining with camellia and CC print, finished with the iconic delicate gold chain at hem. Designer sizeFR36, very small fit, best fitted on AU4 and petite AU6 or maybe petite 8. Good pre-loved condition, displaying general signs of wear including discolouration at underarm areas on the lining and paint chipped at the button edges, which reflects the price. But the wool tweed is in amazing condition condition considering the age of this vintage gem! No wonder Coco Chanel loved to use tweed so much! It’s not for a picky princess as vintage items have their journey and more in depth so it won’t be perfect. Matching skirt is listed separately. Investing a set is highly recommended and can offer better price. Authentic as always Reasonable offer is welcome 🙏 Vintage Chanel are rarer and rarer.
