@azabbey2018 hi yes it seems so unfortunately there's not much I can do about it unless they give me a place I can pick it up. they should be able to access my building I get mail there every day so I'm not sure what their issue is.

@rachelstout203 Hi, Rachel. I’m surprised that the carrier didn’t leave a slip for you to bring to the post office to retrieve the box. Maybe if you stop by your local post office with the tracking #9405511109483698809950 they can arrange to hold it for pick up. I know there’s a big problem with mail & package theft, so apparently they’re being extra cautious. Hope you’re able to get your clutch soon; it needs to go to Sunday brunch with you!🥂🥰
