Spence Floral Pleated Top. Great top to travel with as it doesn’t wrinkle and goes with so many colors. Boat neck is outlined in black with a V cutout in the center. Teal background with cream, peach, black and various colors. Too half is pleated with flouncy bottom. Sleeves are pleated at shoulders and then above elbow and wider at bottom of sleeves.
