lilapastel7200 Love these boots but my experience is that a size 39 does not fit like a US 9. You probably don't accept returns, right?

lilapastel7200 how are you measuring the insole?

mogibeth @lilapastel7200 The insole was measured by unzipping the shoe and placing the tip of a flexible tape measure at the toe and pulling it back to the heel. I've just double checked and the 10" insole measurement will be fairly accurate but because I'm unable to remove the insole fully there may be some wiggle room!
