@catherinejen Unfortunately though... that’s part of customer service. Sometimes you get a customer who takes advantage of you. And when this happens to me, I try my best to trust in karma.
If I were you, I’d try to fix the damage done and relist the item including the mends you’ve made. You just got to move forward! Keep your integrity & be respectful—sales from good, reliable customers are coming your way!! ❤️

Okay, so this is so random, but I assume your name (or maybe your middle name?) is Elizabeth. I went to a consignment store yesterday and bought an awesome Italian shirt for $18 that probably cost at least $100 new. I can't understand why someone would get rid of certain kinds of clothes. Some of my clothes I have overpriced and i hope no one wants to buy them because I can't imagine giving them up. Peoples decisions often surprise me.

when I decided to try reselling as a business, I heard that sharing the love helps. But this is been a distraction rather than helpful. It’s like retweeting on Twitter, but not useful for marketing. You bringing it to my attention, was like an answered prayer! 💕🙏🏻 So I will go back to using sharing as a way to bookmark items, without feeling obligated to do it for marketing.
