@jesushappens The largest this comes in a size large. Laid flat the sleeves are approx. 15" wide and approx. 20" long from about where a regular shoulder hem would be. The shoulder hem on these is much lower further down the arm. The total length shoulder to hem is approx. 30 34" long. It's 100% Cotton but has a light smooth feeling (almost like matte satiny) it doesn't feel like a cotton tee. Hope this helps!
