@noramarel Not sure about the fabric content, but I do know it's from the CH Spring 2017 Collection. All the tags are cut out on this one, but it's easy to confirm it's Carolina Herrera by using Google lens. I also have a lot of other CH dresses purchased at the same source, and some have a fabric label tag stating the material content and made in USA.
