Ralph Lauren Petites Cotton Dress with Belt

Lauren by Ralph Lauren Petites. Size PS. White and blue striped cotton dress with rope type belt. Gold colored metal hook on the belt. Three quarter length sleeves. Pre-owned but in good condition. One the little sewn in string loops that attaches the belt to the dress is loose on one side. (See photos). Very cute for summer!
