New without the tags full skirted chiffon halter dress with bugle bead trim on neckline, side gathered bodice, tie belt and invisible back zipper. PLEASE NOTE: This dress has a slight pull in the chiffon on the back of the skirt horizontal to the back of the zipper. This flaw was from shop wear in a bridal store and is not noticeable when on due to the fullness of the skirt. The condition is taken into account in the price. 100% Polyester
