I would go up a full size in this shoe, so I think they’d be good for you if you are a size 7. These hiking shoes are amazing! Totally waterproof, strong support, very cute and classy. Olive & lilac colors. After purchasing this pair on pm I bought an identical pair a full size up and they are awesome, lots of long hikes 10> in all weathers and no blisters or discomfort.
