This ring is designer signed but I cannot make out the hallmark It also is adjustable size to a degree but measures as is at an 8. The way the ring is split at the bottom (not a perfectly straight cut but rather rounded edges, I’m inclined to say that it was not cut, but made to be somewhat adjustable.
