This bag was only used maybe 3 times .. it’s in excellent condition with this exception of one mark (which you may be able to get off) I didn’t try but a vinyl/leather cleaner might work . Inside perfect , outside a 9.5 out of 10 . Purchased at Kate Spade store in Richmond Virginia. Like a taupe/grey color
