matruong @713jennifer Hi Jennifer - I am so sorry you were dissatisfied with your purchase. First, I apologize for the lackluster item description as well as slow shipping. I did buy the sports bra white and it didn’t cross my mind to let you know that the washer might have turned it lightly grey. For that, I am sorry. For sports bra paddings I took them out and totally forgot to put them back in, if you could stop by a Lululemon near you, they do offer free bra paddings! Again, I am really sorry!

713jennifer @mandyttruong makes it even worse.to know you color faded them in the washer. Its shady and should have crossed your mind as you said.I have accepted the order but it is not as described, and TBH these will most like go in goodwill as I do not have a Lululemon in my area and I should not have to go track down pads that you should have added and/or put in your description. If I could turn this over to Postmark I would .Just be honest in the future.
