I hate to let this one go, It took a long time to find her, and it reminds me of my grandma's wallpaper she had in the 90s. Vintage 60s 70s Union Made JC Penny's Fashions tag size 13 beautiful black knit maxi skirt with 3 layers of ruffles at the bottom. Has an awesome print of white and gold filigree stripes with little bouquets of bright orange red, yellow, and fuschia pink flowers in rows. High waisted with a zip closure on the back. It gives me a bit of Mexican southwestern feel. No stretch and gits best an XS to small. Perfect for a petite tall person as the skirt is really long in my opinion.
