Wrap style bodice, straps with a cold shoulder style ruffle, which encircles the entire top. The back top of the bodice is elastic for amazing comfort. Elastic waist with separate matching tie belt. Long skirt with wide flounced ruffle hem. Bodice is lined and it extends to a comfortable, perfect length in the skirt. This is such a lovely, flattering and comfortable beauty!
