Two questions: is this a pale tie-dye? Does it have more blue than other colors?

@bekah1971 yes it is a pale tie die with all blues just different shade and then white obviously. I don’t love tie die but I do really like this bag baby blue is the new black it seems so the colors are on point and it’s just subtle but catches your eye.
