Sorry to be a pain but I am having issues with the purse I am super sad I’ve only used it twice and the handles have completely peeled off it looks really bad :/ was wondering if you would except a return or if there is something we can do to make this right and where I can send pics of the bag thanks

backpack918 Hi Chanel. I’m speaking to you here, and not in the review. Pants were listed as NWT. No tag present. As a matter of fact there’s a large hole in one of the pockets. I got a descent deal on them, but I am the most disappointed that they aren’t actually red. They are a very ORANGEY red. I could pull this off with most outfits, but I kinda told you I needed them for all my Christmas clothes. The orange-ness is enough to make them useless to me. I just needed to gripe. Thanks for listening.
