Black sheer top with large floral print. Neckline is elastic and I think it's supposed to be worn off the shoulder. it's longer in length almost like a tunic as well. I just wore it like a regular top. Purchased from a boutique.

@kymberleig Sorry I never saw this. It's 17.5" from pit to bottom of shirt. 17" pit to pit but stretches out to 25"
