New without tags. Perfect condition. This dress is beautiful and very figure flattering. Compliments guaranteed. It is a thicker material so will hide imperfections well without needing a slip. Very stretchy. I’d buy for myself if it was my size. A consignment customer just brought in about 100 career type dresses, most are new with tags!!!! Mostly sz 6-10 range but a cpl others. All items sold here are available for purchase in my brick & mortar boutique. I buy wholesale just like any normal boutique AND I consign items (that means I am selling for other people for a commission). Therefore, there are minimums I can sell for, and most money goes to the owner while the rest pays my rent and business expenses and employees. Please keep that in mind when making offers and do not low ball. Most items have some wiggle room but if there is not, that will be specified. Also, know that an item can be sold in my shop at anytime, so if you want it, don’t wait around! 🙂
