Classic Anthropologie blouse from 2007. Black lace trim, pintucked waistband, and along with the buttons there are 2 snaps in the middle for extra security (as seen in the last picture). Very well made. 100% silk, dry cleaning recommended. 16.5” bust, 14.5” waist, 23” length. Excellent condition.
