Vintage 1970’s dusty rose blouson gown by International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU). Appears to have a detail on the waist that is missing, but it’s still a fantastic vintage dress! Small separation in the seam at the back to the left of the zipper, but would be easily repaired.
