Tiffany’s elegant Sterling silver twist heart key dangles from a chain measuring approximately 18” long with a round clasp. Retired and vintage SS925, key charm/pendant is removable from necklace and about 1.75” with silver bale. Both pieces are stamped with Tiffany’s hallmark inscriptions, 925 and Italy. Never been worn and have had it for a long time, left in original bag but has been handled to clean for display.
