Lying flat and snapped closed it’s 19 inches armpit to armpit.
I added a photo showing that measurement as well.

@jabbysdeals_obo hi there. Very little stretch if any. It’s a medium but fits more like a small. For reference I measure 41 around the bust and it’s tight.
