I think I bought this dress circa 2004 from Anthropologie. Loved the ease of style and cute Peter Pan collar. The material is a bit delicate as evidenced by the ripped inner slip as pictured. GUC. Things to note and love or hate about this dress: 1) flower buttons 🌸, 2) ruffles 💃🏻, 3) style: it's kinda retro-conservative, pretty and feminine. Questions? Leave a comment.
