This is the perfect LBD for NYE. It is vintage Torrid and you can't find it anywhere else. It is stretchy in all the places you want it to be, but comfortable. You can't tell in the pictures, but the dots are silver glitter and thread that complements the fabric of the dress. I only wore it once for a cocktail party.
