There are various small indents on the leather of the R shoe. There is a deep scuff on the inner side of the R shoe near the sole. The sole is dented below the scuff (looks like the shoe was dropped on something hard/sharp) Light marks on the soles from being tried on. They do not appear to have been worn outside of the store. Very minor micro hairline scratches on the metal on the heel. R shoe has light creasing of the leather. Box is very damaged and has writing on the box. Small snag on knit at back of L boot. R sole is ever so slightly darker in color. Zippers work smoothly.
