Extremely rare Western Savings Commemorative Belt Buckle series 1. This rare buckle represents the state of Arizona depicting the state flag and petroglyphs. Artist signed, Hank Richter. Made of solid brass, this Collectable piece is in excellent vintage condition, see pics for measurements. Comes in original blue velvet bag. Western ware, Cowboy buckle!
