Anthropologie silk bustier top floral flowy midi dress

Beautiful, light, floaty silk midi dress with little covered buttons all down the front. The buttons really open! And this dress has pockets! Its a dark navy blue background that almost looks like black, with purple and pink flowers and green leaves. The top ties and has stretch panels on the back to allow for a perfect fitted top and flowy bottom. It’s fully lined and in perfect used condition, just too small on me now!
