Fun and flirty asymmetrical hemline Who What Wear dress NWT and never been worn. Beautiful mustard yellow and navy/royal blue would work so well with tights and a cute sweater or blazer this fall! Size is S and there is no stretch but the cut is a bit big so I would say this would be most comfortable for sizes 4-6. 40” from shoulder to longest part of hem.
